    "What might have been a wonderful experience was tainted badly by my paying cash for a Certified Used vehicle that failed to start the third time I tried to start it after driving it home. At the time the service advisor let me know my water pump was leaking which I authorized to be repaired. When the vehicle was complete I noticed the engine light was on. The advisor told me it would probably go away. The light had not been on prior to the water pump replacement.     "Car was brought in for service because of excess wind noise. It was determined that the moonroof was not aligned and the passenger window was not closing properly (window dropping when door is opened and then raising up under the molding when the door is shut). Molding was to be replaced since it was damaged for this problem as well as window being adjusted. My wife picked up the car and did not check the passenger window or open and close the door to see if it worked properly. The window was still sitting on top of the molding in places, not underneath as it should be (not sure if molding was changed as indicated when we brought it in for service). Also when you open the door, the window drops slightly as it does on the drivers side. But when you close the door, the window does not move up under the molding. Still having wind noise and now water sealing problems. If you open the passenger door, you now need to go back in the car and roll up the window to get it to close. Car will need to be returned for repeat service. Other than the car needing to be returned again for the same repair, we were very pleased with the service and found Matt, our Service Advisor to be excellent.     "OK, the rating is not quite right as in true Mini of Scottsdale fashion they came through with flying colors. Left the Mini with the guys for a day to have the oilpan gasket and the primary chain gasket replaced. I have owned the Mini since July 2010 and have 54,000 miles on the clock. (I have owned it from new) yes, inside 18 months 54,000 miles. Anyway, they replaced the gaskets and so I came to pick up the Mini. They gave me a loaner (outstanding service) for the duration, so I come to pick up the car, job was finished car was nice and sparkling clean (again outstanding service) except when I started the engine, the engine warning light came on. So it had to stay one more day to have that rectified. Which Mini of Scottsdale did at their expense. So although they caused me some extra inconvieniance they did compensate me.     "I have only had this vehicle since 2008 I bought it brand new and after approximately 54000 miles on it the vehicle starts falling apart. The oil line into the turbo had a crimping default which caused oil to leak into the turbo boot. The machanic advised me that this has happened to a few other minis and agreed that it was a factory default. I think I was ripped off for approximately $1200.00 on this factory default.. Your service advisor did not seem to care and just said "Oh Well these things happen". I am ready to get rid of this vehicle based on the poor quality and lack of customer service provided.
